REMODELS ARE THEY WORTH IT?

After living in a construction zone for the last few weeks I can honestly say it’s not worth it. May I kindly and professionally recommend calling me to get your current home SOLD and then we can go find a home that is more fitting to your needs. There are too many factors that go into remodels that are unforeseen. One being cost~ we are WAY over our initial budget so far. Second is timing, you are at the mercy of when the contractors show up/don’t show up. And lastly the extreme inconvenience it is to have strangers in and out of your home. They leave doors wide open and giant messes when they leave.
